The issue "globalization and Labour Market" is really a difficult one.. since most of the countries do not have the free mobility to some countries and get jobs. But for the products this mobility exists.. It seems like one part of the world is regionalised and trying to globalized through production.. and that s not the all job; think about Africa: how to integrate these countries? I think before we digest Globalization we will have "a new concept".

I agree with you kertiroberto but in most of the cases the Mexican immigrants will leave with their own community in the outsides of the biggest cities as Los Angeles. It will reproduce a similar situation as in Mexico because unemployment is the main problem for those immigrants. Their illegal situation is an other factor.

A also think that more women in leading positions will result in higher profitability.

From my point of view, they could take decisions much more rational and elaborated. As mentioned in one of my articles it is time that the economy also realizes this fact and treats women 100% equally to men.

I think that this kind of economical centralization is not healthy for the economy of your country. Industrial centers should be spread all over the country ( or at least in 3 or 4 other cities) to guarantee a stable economy. Otherwise a lot of problems might rise ( think e.g. on traffic, ghettos etc)

I just want to add some facts which are based on my experience here in Spain. When going to the supermarket or other shops, I think quite a lot of Erasmus students have realized, that you have to wait longer than in other European countries. The workers seems to be more relaxed and work slowlier. Although, most other people don't like this, I want to stress, that I like the Spanish mentality and that I don't care whether I spend 5 minutes in a store or even 10. The worldwide trend to make everything faster and more effective also includes loosing of important values.

I think the actual financial crisis is the first time in which the social system of Germany proves itself. Although all people were angry about hight taxes etc. in good time, we can be happy to have a government which can offer such a high financial support. Thus, I think that Germany and therefore NRW neither will be faced as bad as other countries .

I agree with bikulka. Another loan would make the situation much worse. I also think that Spain's main problem is imigration. They have to find a solution to solve this problem for long-term.

In Germany we have the problem, that subejects like English, German or Sport are overstaffed whether subjects like Maths,Physics and Latin are understaffed.

In general there are quite a lot of people who are interested in the job as teacher and the payment is much better than in your countries.

I think that this will change soon. Germany already realized that some jobs are overstaffed whether other fields are understaffed. So, they have no choice for the future.

I don't think that this would be a win win situation. When thinkin long-term oriented there would be more people working in "Kurzarbeit" and the same number of people which are unemployed. Firms will save labour costs by just offering short-term contracts and short-term wokrking hours and the personal value of each worker will decrease.
