Its indisputable that in Bavaria the prosperous enterprise of the famous football club FC Bayern Munich has many scores of incomes, which is significant for the economical situation at all. In the fiscal year to date 2006 / 07 the FC Bayern Munich has reached an exchange of  €225.800.000 which constitutes an increase of 10,3 % in comparison to the last season. The success of the financial-management is amazing and is a prototyp for germany´s economy. This monopole position of this company is very well versed in coping with branding, costumer focus, solid keep housing  and leadershipping.

Moreover big supportings and professional interaction in stocktrading boost the good image of this bis enterprise. Most important are the many fan-memberships including high receipts of money for the company and the success for the future. There are estimated 10,5 million fans which leads to a high self-confidence and quickens the company with new inventions for example the new “Allianz-arena” (click here)

But is there still a relation to a faithfully keep housing in comparison to all the other small businesses. Lining in one´s own pocket will still increase without being saturated.

The question is now if the people around, especially in Bavaria, think about these exceptional ideals which is for them still sympatical and honest or a pure cash-cow despite off efforting the economy of the country.

  1. In addition to that, Bayern Munich is a very good example what football players earn and what a team pays to get other players.
The amount of salary is so unbelievable for a normal person/worker/employee. For example: Luca Toni earns about 10 Million Euro per year (Ronaldinho even earns:23.5 Million €). The question is, what do they more than a usual worker who works 40 hours per week for example . Alright they play football very sucessful but does this entitled to earn more than 100% more than a good working employee? ( Remark: a top manager of the car company: Porsche earns about 18.6. Million € ). Moreover, the transfer fee is another thing which is unbelievable. For example, right now Real Madrid wants to buy Ronaldo of Manu for about 130 Million €. This seems to be a lots of money. However, in comparison to a compensation of a manager it’s nearly nothing. For example, the american company home depot paid 210 Million Dollar to its manager just because he should go.

  2. I believe that the very high salaries are a compensation for the footballers for the years to come, since the career of footballers (and other sportsmen as well) ends usually when they are in their 30s. When normal people earn their pension during about 45-50 years, they have to do the same in about three times shorter time (and you have to consider the risk of being injured which could also shorten this time). And you have to consider that professional sportsmen have to sacrify a lot for their careers. Nevertheless, I agree that the amount paid is very large, but at the same time really good specialist are very well paid in any area.
As for the transfer fees – a good example of how the demand determines the price of a commodity.
